About Welch Physical Therapy

Welch Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is privately owned and operated by Guy Welch, P.T. Welch Physical Therapy began in 1996 with two clinics and one simple goal: to take care of people.  Despite our growth since then, commitment to helping people remains the same. Welch Physical Therapy has continued to follow the same goals of providing progressive, quality care in a friendly and accommodating environment.  You will enjoy your physical therapy experience, while receiving the highest quality care available in a beautiful, state of the art facility.  By providing excellent service and superior care, we continue to demonstrate our commitment to our patients each and every day.

Welch Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is the East Valley’s premiere source for outpatient physical therapy. Each year, hundreds of doctors choose to refer their patients to us, making us one of the most physician recommended choices.

Our staff includes some of the region’s most knowledgeable physical therapists (PTs); a team dedicated to getting you back to doing the things you love most. We’re the best at what we do.  Our facility is clean, state of the art, with 8 private rooms to allow confidentiality and privacy for every patient.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, rehabilitating after surgery, learning how to prevent future or recurring injuries, or interested in enhancing your overall fitness and personal athletic performance, Welch Physical Therapy is committed to helping your reach your goals.

Our Staff

Our physical therapists understand the importance of education.  They will teach you what caused your condition and how to prevent it from recurring.  By following your personalized home training program, you will enjoy continued improvement and health benefits far beyond your experience inside our facility.

Our therapists will communicate with your physician and other medical providers to keep them updated and informed regarding your progress and needs.

Welch Physical Therapy employs the highest quality staff who have the qualifications and advanced skills needed to provide you with the highest level of personalized care.  We believe in keeping our physical therapists current in their education in order to get you better, faster.  Our diversity and years of experience make us some of the most knowledgeable in the East Valley, setting us apart from other physical therapy providers.

Our Location

Many patients are not aware that you can request where you would like to attend physical therapy.  As Welch Physical Therapy has been in the East Valley for over 15 years, most physicians are well aware of our facility and the quality of care we provide.  Inform your physician that you would like to be treated at Welch Physical Therapy for your physical therapy and rehabilitation.  If your physician is not familiar with our reputation, it will not take them long to recognize the difference between us and other facilities.
